Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchases

Women’s Wellness Retreats International Leadership Summit
October 4–5, 2025 | Wyndham San Diego Bayside | San Diego, California

1. General Information

By purchasing a ticket (“Package”) to the Women’s Wellness Retreats International Leadership Summit (the “Event”), hosted by Women’s Wellness Retreats Worldwide, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms are a binding agreement between the purchaser (“Attendee”) and Women’s Wellness Retreats Worldwide (“Organizer”).

2. Ticket Packages & Pricing

Ticket Packages (General Admission, VIP, and any promotional Fast Action offers) are sold at the price listed at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Discounts and promotional offers (including Fast Action pricing) are only valid during the published time window and cannot be applied retroactively.

All amounts are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm registration.

Accepted payment methods are those listed on the registration platform at checkout.

Attendees are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and authorized.

4. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another individual if the Organizer is notified in writing no later than September 15, 2025. After this date, transfers will not be permitted.

If the Attendee cannot attend, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or personal scheduling conflicts.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, workshops, and venue if necessary.

In the unlikely event the Organizer cancels the Event in its entirety, Attendees will be offered either:

A credit toward a future event, or

A refund of the ticket price paid.

The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by Attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other expenses.

6. Travel & Accommodation

A limited block of rooms will be available at Wyndham San Diego Bayside; details will be provided upon registration.

Attendees are solely responsible for booking and paying for their own travel and accommodation. The Organizer is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, or costs.

7. Code of Conduct

The Event is designed as a professional and supportive environment. Attendees agree to behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, and fellow participants.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

8. Media Release

By attending, Attendees grant the Organizer permission to photograph, film, and record sessions where they may appear, and to use such media for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained during the Event, except where prohibited by law.

Attendees accept full responsibility for their participation and attendance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
